Outsourced PBX that doesn't suck?

We've been using Aptela as our VOIP system for a while, and I'm looking for a simpler, and better solution. I don't even care about outgoing VOIP calls, we pay for everyone in the company to have cell phones, they might as well use them.
The only features I need are:
1. Customized phonetree
2. Forward calls off to cell phones through phone tree extensions
3. Generate emails on voicemails that go into the hosted system
4. Generate sms or pages through the phone tree
My main requirement is that is it hosted. I'm not willing to invest in the institutional knowledge required to have our own PBX/phone system. It seems that Grandcentral fits the bill in every way except for the ability to do a customized phone tree/menu prompts. Are there any solutions out there?
